Course Content
Women on Target shooting clinic - 2 hours
Prerequisite:
Must have a NYS Pistol Permit, completed NRA Women on Target, and be a Club member.
CLINIC LESSONS:
Lesson I: Firearms Safety, Range orientation
Lesson II: Introduction to next skill/ topic
Lesson III: Live fire exercises
Lesson IV: Continued Training Opportunities
Equipment to bring if available:
1. Ear protection, eye protection
2. Pistol Permit
3. Firearm: semi-automatic or revolver and 2 magazines or speed loaders. With holster.
4. Proper clothing for the weather conditions. No open toe shoes. Hat with a brim and shirt that fits snugly around neck are recommended.
5. A box(s) of factory ammunition.
6. Fee: Cash or money order please.
Optional Equipment:
1. Bullet resistant vest.
2. Gun cleaning kit.
3. Bug spray, sunscreen, rain wear items as are desired.
4. Pen/pencil.
5. Bring a sandwich or the like and any snacks/drinks you may require
